Neilson previously served as Vice President, Relationship Manager at California Republic Bank and Mechanics Bank. Prior to Banking, Neilson spent 8 years as an Electrical and Systems Engineer in the Aerospace and Defense Industry at Raytheon and Northrop Grumman. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Financial Engineering at University of Southern California.
