To our dear Clients and our Los Angeles Community,
The last week has been nothing short of devastating to our Southern California community and we share in your grief for the loss of life and property. Like you, we live and work here and believe deeply in our community and its resilience. We stand ready to help in any way we can and have put together a resource center as a source of helpful information for you and your loved ones. Please use it and provide us with any information that you have gathered so that we can bring together the most comprehensive resource center for our community.
The last thing that you need to worry about right now is your banking. Our Team, throughout Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego stand ready to assist you. We are proactively reaching out to our Clients in affected areas to offer Solutions, assistance and guidance. Should you need anything, please contact your Relationship Manager, or any one of our local offices. Assistance may include:
- Digital copies of insurance declaration pages
- Contact information for insurance agents
- Copays of bank account and loan statements
- Emergency cash
- Higher Debit Card limits
Additionally, we are making available waivers of certain service fees for Clients in affected areas. These may include:
- Fee free ATM usage
- Waiver of early withdrawal penalties on CDs
- No fee for expedited debit card replacement
- No excessive withdrawal fee on savings and money market accounts
- Replacement and temporary checks
Unfortunately, in times of crisis, fraudsters and those seeking to do harm take advantage of those most vulnerable. Know that we will never ask you for your password and be aware of anyone who says they are calling from a banking institution from a number you do not know. Always ask for a call back number and call your Banker at the number listed on your statement or on our website immediately. Helpful hints can be found at Banks Never Ask That! Fraud Prevention.
Our heart goes out to all of you in our community.  Know that CalPrivate Bank isn’t just your Trusted Financial Partner, we are Your Bankers for Life, no matter what life brings us.

With Gratitude,
