Sean Puckett serves as the Director of Commercial Banking for CalPrivate Bank. A 1997 graduate of the University of San Diego, his commercial banking career began at Union Bank where he graduated from their prestigious commercial lending academy in 2006.
 
Sean’s approach involves a collaborative and consultative strategy, leveraging his extensive commercial lending expertise and vast network of trusted problem solvers to support the visions of entrepreneurs and real estate investors.
 
Sean is a past president of the Strategic Trusted Advisors Roundtable, the Laurels for Leaders Foundation, and has been actively involved in Boys to Men Mentoring Network for over a decade. He’s an awardee of the San Diego Metro Magazine 40 under 40 as well as the San Diego Business Journal 40 next top business leaders under 40.
 
Married to Catherine for 17 years, they have two teenage sons. Sean enjoys surfing with his sons in their neighborhood of Point Loma and he is the head coach of the Point Loma/Ocean Beach competitive surfing team.
