Sean Puckett serves as Deputy Chief Banking Officer for CalPrivate Bank. He began his commercial banking career at Union Bank in 2001 and went on to graduate from the bank’s prestigious commercial lending academy in 2006.

Throughout his career, Sean Puckett has taken a consultative, advisory approach that has earned him a large and loyal following of entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and unique individuals. Sean Puckett has been an active contributor to the San Diego Chapter of EO (Entrepreneur’s Organization) for the past 10 years. He is a past president of both Strategic Trusted Advisors Roundtable and Laurels for Leaders Foundation, and has been involved with Boys to Men Mentoring Network for over a decade. His accomplishments have been recognized with the San Diego Metro Magazine 40 Under 40 award, as well as the San Diego Business Journal 40 Next Top Business Leaders Under 40 honor.

A graduate of University of San Diego, Sean Puckett lives in Point Loma with his wife of 19 years, where they have raised their two teenage sons. In his free time, he enjoys surfing with his boys and is proud to have served as head coach of their Point Loma/Ocean Beach competitive surfing team from 2021 to 2025.
