Michael Pierron joined CalPrivate Bank in April 2026 as EVP | Chief Operating Officer.  He brings more than 25 years of experience leading operations, payments, technology, and enterprise transformation across financial institutions.  Most recently, he serviced as Executive Vice President, Head of Payments at Banc of California.

Previously, Mr. Pierron held senior leadership roles at Banc of California and Flagstar Bank, where he was responsible for banking operations, technology, strategic sourcing, and acquisition integration. He also served on the board of Eton Solutions, an AI-enabled wealth management fintech company.  Throughout his career, he has supported modernization initiatives, strengthen infrastructure, governance, and support organizational growth.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Pierron spent time in the automotive industry before moving into banking.  Across each stage of his career, his leadership has remained grounded in service and helping people succeed.
