Mr. Engelman, a private investor and corporate director, was elected to the board of directors in December, 2010.
Mr. Engelman has served as a board member of MGIC Investment Corp., Fleetwood Enterprises, Fieldstone Mortgage Investment Corp., Union Fed Bancorp, Quaker City Bancorp, Commercial Federal Corp. and National Bank of La Jolla.
He has been a CEO or COO of Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corp., Union Federal Bank, Fleetwood Enterprises and Financial American Network. Mr. Engelman has been active in business and community affairs in San Diego and Southern California for 44 years.
