Mr. Ellman, is a resident of La Jolla, California. Mr. Ellman is the Chairman of Gerber Goldschmidt Group (GGG), a 98 year old international private equity investment and trading group. While the Company is headquartered in San Diego, GGG subsidiaries are located around the world and primarily trade in food based products and protective clothing and safety products. GGG has a diversified portfolio of private equity investments.

Mr. Ellman is involved in a number of charitable and humanitarian causes, with an emphasis on education. He has served on the San Diego World Trade Council, the United Jewish Federation Board, AIPAC, FIDF, the Board of Hebrew Homes and presently serves on its Foundation Board, on the Board of the JCC and presently on its Advisory Board.

Mr. Ellman received his B.Com (Bachelor, Commerce) and LLB (Bachelor, Law) from the University of the Orange Free State, South Africa.
