Our Mission in Action
As a committee, we actively pursue and execute our goals through actionable activities, including but not limited to:
- Establishing an internship program for individuals in underserved and low-income communities.
- Awarding quarterly scholarships to organizations that support individuals in low-income, underserved, or MBE/WBE communities.
- Regularly conducting internal compensation analyses to evaluate internal pay equity and competitive compensation programs, ensuring CalPrivate Bank remains an Employer of Choice.
- Fostering a work environment that celebrates empowerment, respect, and belonging for all members of our team, regardless of race, gender identity, religion, economic status, disability, or sexual orientation.
- Creating and supporting programs and initiatives in our communities that promote fair and equitable treatment of all people and expand opportunities for historically underserved populations.
